Yes—conference Wi-Fi will be provided onsite; we’ll share the network/password at check-in. Power strips will be available in lounges and select seating areas.

Yes. We’ll publish discounted room blocks at walkable hotels when the venue is announced.

Surface lots will be available; rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is widely supported in Salt Lake City.

TSA’s REAL ID requirement is scheduled to be in effect; a REAL ID or passport is acceptable for U.S. domestic flights. Check TSA for the latest.

Photos for personal/social use are encouraged—just don’t disrupt the session. Full-length audio/video recording of talks isn’t permitted so speakers can share candidly.

Yes—free substitutions up to the Friday before the event. Onsite transfers are discouraged but we’ll try to help.

If you don’t attend and didn’t transfer or cancel within policy windows, we can’t refund—but we’ll try to extend recording access if your pass includes it.
